- The Basic Boathouse Builder
is a Florida State Certified Marine Contractor designing and building boat docks, boat houses, decks and seawalls all over Central Florida. Our “Silver” boathouse design is very strong and attractive. This basic boathouse design features 6”x6” Pressure Treated Southern Yellow Pine piles at 8’ on center maximum. We also build our Gold and Platinum style marine structures.
The “Silver” design also features 2”x8” pile caps which are bolted to the piles, decking is 2”x6” Pressure Treated #2, Southern Yellow Pine screwed into position. The headers are double 2”x8” Pressure Treated #2, Southern Yellow Pine bolted to the piling. The trusses are factory made Pine at 24” O.C. and the decking is ½” CDX plywood. This basic boathouse will last for many years and carries a (3) year Warranty. Call now!
